- All deposits are non-refundable unless I am unable to complete your commission
- The deposit amount will be taken off the total price of your piece
- Full payment is due upon completion, before shipping
- Shipping is not included in quoted price

It is expected that you are entering into the custom making process with an open mind. Due to the nature of this craft, there may be slight variations to the agreed upon design, within reason.

Sometimes things come up in the making process that require me to adapt as I work. Ultimately, you are providing guidelines which I will interpret into jewelry for you, using my personal methods, aesthetics, and style. Some creative freedom is appreciated and allows me to do my best work.
